David McIntosh has significant international HR experience initially with BAE Systems, and then moving across to the financial sector as Head of Human Resources with Nomura International. A key part of the role was working directly with the Principal Finance Group (now Terra Firma) on $10b PE business acquisitions (including Angel Train Contracts, AT&T Capital, Annington Homes, William Hill and the Unique Pub Company). Thereafter David was Group Head of Human Resources for Baring Asset Management and then as Director of Human Resources, Corporate Finance with NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd.

 

Since its start McIntosh & McIntosh Associates has successfully worked on a number of complex mandates both in the UK and internationally.
